What Does Self Catering Mean? All Units at Castaway Cove™ are self-contained or self-catering where guests supply their own food and other consumable items necessary for day to day living, and do their own cleaning and washing during their stay. We are not a hotel and do not provide full daily service facilities.
Self-contained apartments offer more flexibility, more space and the option of self-catering which significantly reduces the costs of eating out on a family holiday or weekend getaway.
Linen and towels are supplied at the start of your stay (listed below) and all units contain full laundry facilities, except the Studio Apartment. Should your stay be longer than 7 nights, your unit will be serviced (cleaned) mid-stay, and fresh linen supplied. Consumables are not replenished during a mid-stay service.

Blankets and spare pillows are available in your wardrobe. Additional linen, including beach towels, are available for hire from Reception.
A small starter pack of consumables is supplied for each unit, which should be enough for 1-2 nights, giving guests the time to go out and purchase their own supplies. When exhausted, replacement during the stay is the guest’s responsibility, although additional items can be purchased from Reception.
