Tariffs are subject to change without
notice. Quoted tariffs will be honoured where bookings
have been confirmed by receipt of a deposit.
Deposit
A deposit equal to one night’s rental in Low
& Mid seasons and $500 in High season is required
within 7 days to confirm a booking. The balance is
payable on arrival.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, traveller's cheque,
bank cheque or money order and we have Eftpos facilities.
Payment by personal cheque will only be accepted on
arrangement.
Cancellation
Policy
No refund of deposit will be made unless and until
the accommodation is re let for the full period of
the cancelled booking. An administration fee of $30
will be charged to cover processing costs. There will
be no refund (either in full or in part) on early
departure.
Arrival
and departure times
Check in at or after 2.00pm.
Check out by or before 10.00am.
Early check in or late check out is by prior arrangement
and may incur additional costs.

Guests
Our tariffs provide for the following room occupancy:
1 bedroom - 2, 2 bedroom - 4, 3 bedroom - 6, 4 bedroom
- 8. In some properties the option to increase occupancy
with the use of sofa beds or rollaway beds is available
by prior arrangement. Additional charges apply.

Servicing
For bookings over 7 days a complimentary mid stay
clean and linen change is included. A fee applies
for more frequent services.
